By registering for a Caveman Combine event, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.

1. Event Registration

Caveman Combine offers weekend events with two registration tiers: Caveman ($350), a full competitor entry including all events, meals, and a t-shirt; and Tribesman ($50), a support and volunteer role with on-site access and meals. All registrations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit capacity for safety and logistical reasons.

2. Physical Risk Acknowledgment

Caveman Combine events involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, endurance challenges, strength tests, obstacle courses, cold exposure, and other deliberate discomfort. By registering, you acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks of physical injury, illness, or discomfort. You confirm that you are physically capable of participating and have consulted a medical professional if you have any health concerns. This acknowledgment is confirmed via the required health checkbox during registration.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By accepting the liability waiver during registration, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Caveman Combine events. You agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Caveman Combine, its organizers, volunteers, staff, and affiliated partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, property damage, illness, or any consequence resulting from the physical nature of the events. If you are unable or unwilling to accept these terms, you should not register for or participate in any Caveman Combine event.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Caveman Combine. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event. Recurring donations (e.g., The 300 monthly partnership) may be cancelled at any time by contacting us. No refunds are issued for prior months' donations.

5. Code of Conduct

Caveman Combine is a Christ-centered men's ministry. All participants, volunteers, and staff are expected to:

• Treat all individuals with respect and dignity
• Support fellow participants throughout challenges and formation
• Refrain from behavior that endangers others or yourself
• Follow the instructions of event staff and safety personnel
• Uphold the values of the ministry: resisting passivity, accepting responsibility, leading courageously, and hoping in the great reward

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our values.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Caveman Combine name, logo, imagery, and written materials — is the property of Caveman Combine and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Photos and videos taken during events may be used by Caveman Combine for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness in event media unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
