When you register for a Caveman Combine event or submit an application, we may collect the following information:

Contact Information — full name, email address, and phone number (optional).

Personal & Physical Details — age, height, weight, shirt size, and dietary restrictions, used for event logistics, safety planning, and team formation.

Physical Benchmarks — push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, mile time, and breath hold, self-reported numbers used to balance teams and tailor event challenges.

Self-Assessment Rankings — slider-based ratings (0–10) across categories such as athletic ability, strength, agility, grit, pain tolerance, and more, used for team balancing and event design.

Application Responses — written responses about why you're applying, current struggles, brotherhood experience, expectations, and church affiliation, used to understand participants and support their formation.

Payment Information — credit card and billing details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store, access, or retain your card numbers on our servers.

Photos — an optional photo upload may be collected as part of an application. Photos are stored securely and used only for identification purposes during events.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Plan event logistics (meals, gear, safety protocols)
• Form balanced teams for competition and challenges
• Communicate event details, updates, and post-event follow-up
• Process registration payments through Stripe
• Support ongoing brotherhood formation and ministry efforts
• Improve future events based on aggregate, non-identifying data

3. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy. We use Vercel for website hosting and infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your registration and application data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — typically through the current event season and any follow-up ministry efforts. If you would like your data deleted sooner, you may contact us at any time (see below).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data from our systems
• Withdraw from future communications at any time
